Ivan Rajkovic is one of the founders and Head of business development at Enlight IT. Prior to his role at Enlight, Ivan has participated in many successful projects as a software engineer. He pursued his career in both Serbia and Switzerland. He worked for Zurich Insurance Company, Roche Diagnostics, and Schneider Electric DMS. He specializes in programming languages like Java SE/EE, C/C++, C#. NET and Managed C++, SQL, XSL/XSLT. Ivan has a master's degree in electrical and computer engineering. He speaks English fluently and he is able to communicate well in German, too.
Petko Milidragovic has been with Enlight IT since 2015. In June 2019 he was appointed as CTO of the Company. Prior to his role at Enlight IT, he worked for Schneider Electric DMS for 9 years as Software Development Leader. He’s experienced with Agile methodology and SCRUM Framework. Since the beginning of his career, Petko participated in a number of different successful projects as a senior software engineer, back-end developer, architect, and SDLC introducer. He has a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and speaks English fluently. He has always had a fascination and interest in computing and technology. He’s always looking for projects with strong customer-oriented values and growth, where he can bring immediate and strategic value and develop a current skillset further.
Nenad Pascan started working for Enlight IT in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer. He is C/C++ and .NETsoftware developer/technical team lead. Oriented in server-side programming, strong in design and integration problem-solving skills. Interested in 'Machine to Machine (M2M) communication, agile software development, and learning new technologies. Prior to his role at Enlight, he worked at Levi 9 and Indas. Nenad has a master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He speaks English fluently and he is able to communicate in German as well.
Danijela Milićević is the CFO at ENLIGHT IT with over 8 years of experience in finance and administration. She has been working with the company since its founding. Danijela has a Master’s degree in Sociology. Since her graduation, she obtained a number of different certifications: for Scrum Master, targeting KPIs, Financial Analysis etc. She is proficient in English and also able to communicate in German.
Vesna Rilke is a Human Resources Manager at Enlight IT with over five years of experience in HR. Vesna studied Psychology. Since her graduation, she worked as a psychologist, counselor, and educator in a high school. She obtained many different certifications among which are Organisational Transactional Analysis Certificate and Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers Specialization. Vesna speaks English fluently.
